The Prices for the 2023 Summer Season
- $164.00 for a room for two people that shares a hallway bathroom with one other room.
- $192.00 for a room for two people with it’s own private bathroom.
- $244.00 for our family room, up to four people, with a private bathroom outside the room.
Discounts: 10% discount for three continuous nights, or two or more two-nights stay.
Tax: Anchorage has a 12% bed tax.
Additional persons: $25.00 charge per additional person over two people in our three person rooms, or a fifth person in the family room (with a sofa-bed.)
Deposit: To make a reservation, Walkabout Town requires a deposit of the first night, or half of the total booking, if more than two nights are requested.
Cancellations: We will make refunds, minus $25.00, if cancellation is made up to 14 days prior arrival date. Cancellations made during the 14 days prior arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Any additional nights that are re-rented will be refunded with the exception of at least one night. No shows will forfeit total deposit.
