Here are our current prices (based on 2025)
Our current tradition is to honor last years prices for all new reservations made before the 1st of the new year.
Please let us know if you found our listed accommodations at a cheaper price online. We maybe able to honor that price directly.
Pricing does not include to-go breakfast bag (+$10.00/person.)
Room accommodations:
- $177.00 for a room for two people that shares a hallway bathroom with one other room.
- $208.00 for a room for two people with its own private bathroom.
- $264.00 for our family room, up to four people, with a private bathroom outside the room.
Apartments accommodations:
- $471.00 for a two bedroom apartment style space (sleeps a maximum six people.)
- $563.00 for a three bedroom apartment style space (sleeps a maximum of seven people.)
Discounts: 10% discount for three continuous nights, or two or more two-nights stay.
Tax: Anchorage has a 12% bed tax.
Additional persons: $25.00. Some of our rooms can accommodate an additional person.
Deposit: To make a reservation, Walkabout Town requires a deposit of the first night, or half of the total booking, if more than two nights are requested.
Cancellations: We will make refunds, minus $25.00, if cancellation is made up to 14 days prior arrival date. Cancellations made during the 14 days prior arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Any additional nights that are re-rented may be refunded with the exception of at least one night. No shows will forfeit total deposit.
