Your Hosts: Terry & Sandy Stimson are long time Alaskans with experience living in different areas of Alaska. We are both retired educators, with many years of active involvement in the community. Terry is a former Alaska State Senator and Sandra is a docent at the Anchorage Museum of History and Art.

Rates: Our rate is $99.00 for shared bath or $119.00 for a room with a private bath with 10 % discount for 3 or more continuous days.  Unfortunately, there is a 12% bed tax.

Reservations: If you would like to make a reservation call toll free to 1 (866) 279-7808 with a credit card number.  We charge your card for the first night to guarantee the reservation. This will be refunded if cancellation is one week prior to stay.   Our rooms have King, Queen and Twin size beds and some can accommodate 3 or 4 people in one room

If you have trouble reaching us...we have several suggestions...first, we
are the only ones listening to our messages on voice mail and have a
password so no one else can get into our messages if you want to leave the
credit card on toll free voice mail with the name on the card, number and

Policies:

• No minimum stay required
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outside only)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome (well behaved children welcomed)
• No childcare is provided
• We ask that alcohol not be consumed at the B&B
• Deposit amount required (1st night)
• Open: May 15 to September 15.
• Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Full refund to 1 week prior to stay - $15.00 paper processing fee. Cancellation or no shows will be charged for the 1st night.
